平素はマニラ日本人会の活動に対しまして、ご理解とご支援を賜り、厚く御礼を申しあげます。

マニラ日本人会が開催する最大のイベントとなります「第24回(2026年)盆踊り大会」を、2026年3月7日(土)に開催いたします。

本年は「日比国交正常化70周年」ですので、本大会を「日本・フィリピン友好年（国交正常化70周年）記念事業として開催します。

多くのマニラ日本人会会員とフィリピンの方が友好を深められる機会となることを願っております。

本大会を告知する宣伝物が出来上がりましたので、添付共有させていただくと共に、詳細を以下の通り、ご案内させていただきます。

■「第24回(2026年)盆踊り大会」開催のご案内

・開催日時：2026年3月7日(土) 16:00-21:00（荒天中止）、16時開場、17時開会、20:40頃花火打上げ

・開催会場：マニラ日本人学校(MJS)グランド（BGC）、来場者はMJS正門から入場下さい(裏門からは入場出来ません)

・入場料：マニラ日本人会会員および子供15歳以下は無料 (但し15歳以下のお子様だけでの入場は出来ません。保護者の同伴が必要）、非会員はP100/人、GCash可。会員は会員証の提示が必要(新会員証をお持ちでない方は新会員証の切り替え手続きをお願いいたします)

・当日券に限りがありますので、非会員の方は前売り入場券の事前購入をお奨めします。前売り入場券はマニラ日本人会事務所(Trident Tower 22階)で購入出来ます。

■「盆踊り大会」イベントの紹介

①やぐら踊り：やぐらの周りを多くの人と一緒に踊ります。本年も大使館/Wacol/JALの3チームにやぐら踊りをリードいただきます。

②エキジビジョン：特設ステージで3組のプロのアーティスト（①fuyu(FuMi&YuKan)、②Sky Garden、③Sharlla）に出演いただきます。

③出店：昨年同様、MJSグランドに16店舗、第二体育館に5店舗が出店します。

④子供遊戯：①ヨーヨーつり、②スマートボールすくい、③輪投げのコーナーがあります。

⑤大花火大会：大会の最後(20:40頃)に感動の大花火が打ち上げられます。

■添付情報のご案内

①大会ポスター：協賛企業、会員企業事業所、店舗、レストラン等で掲示しております。

②会場レイアウト：やぐら、特設ステージ、出店店舗の位置情報です。本年もステージ後ろと校舎前に敷物可エリア(Picnic Area)を設置します。敷物エリアは16時以降にしか開放しませんので、ご了解下さい。

③プログラム進行表：プログラムの内容と出演時間のご案内です。こういった情報は会場でお配りするリーフレットに記載されます。

■その他注意事項

①会場は混雑が予想されます。貴重品の管理は各人の責任で行って下さい。

②緊急避難ルートは添付の会場レイアウトに記載しています。緊急時には落ち着いて、係のメンバー(青の法被を着用)の指示に従って行動して下さい。

③飲食店テント周辺での混雑解消に向けて様々な改善を図っていますが、当日の入場者数や店舗の状況によって混雑が予想されます。予めご了承下さい。

④会場内は全面禁煙です。喫煙出来る場所はありません。

⑤ペットを伴っての入場は出来ません。

■Announcement of the 24th (2026) Bon Odori Festival

・Date & Time: Saturday, March 7, 2026, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Cancelled in case of severe weather), Doors open at 4:00 PM, Event starts at 5:00 PM, Fireworks display around 8:40 PM

・Venue: Manila Japanese School (MJS) Grounds (BGC). Attendees must enter through the MJS Main Gate (back gate entry is not permitted).

・Admission: Free for Manila Japanese Association members and children 15 years old and under (however, children under 15 cannot enter unaccompanied by a guardian). Non-members: P100/person. GCash accepted. Members must present their membership card. (Members without new membership cards must complete the card replacement procedure)

・Advance tickets are recommended for non-members as day-of tickets are limited. Advance tickets are available at the Manila Japanese Association office (Trident Tower, 22nd Floor).

■Introduction to the “Bon Odori Festival” Events

① Yagura Dance: Dance around the yagura stage with many others. This year, three teams—the Embassy, Wacol, and JAL—will lead the yagura dance.

② Exhibition: Three professional artists (①fuyu(FuMi&YuKan), ② Sky Garden, ③ Sharlla) will perform on the special stage.

③ Food Stalls: As last year, 16 stalls will be at the MJS Grand and 5 stalls at the Second Gymnasium.

④ Children's Games: ① Yo-yo fishing, ② Smart ball scooping, ③ Ring toss corners.

⑤ Grand Fireworks Display: A spectacular fireworks show will conclude the festival (around 8:40 PM).

■ Attached Information

① Festival Poster: Displayed at sponsoring companies, member company offices, shops, restaurants, etc.

② Venue Layout: Shows the locations of the yagura, special stage, and vendor stalls. This year, we will again set up a Picnic Area (where mats are permitted) behind the stage and in front of the school building. Please note the Picnic Area will only open after 4:00 PM.

③ Program Schedule: Details the program content and performance times. This information will also be included in the leaflets distributed at the venue.

■ Other Important Notes

① The venue is expected to be crowded. Please take personal responsibility for safeguarding your valuables.

② Emergency evacuation routes are marked on the attached venue layout. In case of emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of staff members (wearing blue happi coats).

③ While we are implementing various improvements to alleviate congestion around the food and drink tents, crowding is still expected depending on the number of attendees and the situation at the stalls on the day. Please be aware of this in advance.

④ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue. There are no designated smoking areas.

⑤ Pets are not permitted on the premises.
